The number one question clients ask when booking their family photo session is, “What should we wear?” Styling your family can be a daunting task, but you don’t need it to consume your life until your photo shoot. Enter stage right, your photographer! I’m here to help you along the way. You want to look amazing and comfortable! Let’s do this! Gorgeous right?!! And so many options! The best part is that you don’t even have to go shopping. It’s delivered straight to your door to try on. Most even have 4+ reviews. Oh, and did I mention that most of these dresses range from $25-$50!! Yeah!
Next up are my expecting mamas! Here are few maternity dresses that I love to see in your maternity session. Some of the dresses I included above are bump friendly as well!
Baby is up next! Here are some choices for baby boys and girls! When choosing an outfit for your baby, be sure that the outfit is not to large. You don’t want them in very loose hanging clothes. These outfits are good for babies up to 18 months (if available).
Toddler girls are probably the easiest to shop for because of the accessibility at most major retail stores. Yet, Amazon comes through with some adorable outfits to complete your family look. Take a look around at some of my favorite dresses for toddler girls. Most sizes are up to 5T but you can find some that carry higher sizes as well.
You’ll also find an array of toddler boy clothing to choose from. The boys totally have my heart! Sometimes it can feel that there are not as many options for the boys, but that is so not true. Check out these finds!
Older girls. So. Many. Options. What I love about finding outfits on Amazon for the older girls in your family is that you may not find something similar at your local retailer. These below are some of my favorites to add to your family session for girls age 5 and up.
Older boys. Don’t be alarmed that my recommendations are not as big as the lists above. Believe me, you will have so many more options at my favorite local spots such as Target, Old Navy, and H&M. However, you can find some gems on Amazon, but they will be similar to most of these big box retailers. Here are a few ideas.
Dads!!! You’re on this list too. My saying goes for dad as it did for the older boys…you will have more options at Target, Old Navy, or H&M. Yet, here are some goodies I found on Amazon for you.
My favorite accessory right now is a hat. Here are some of my favorite hats for mom. Keep in mind your hair color and dress color when selecting your hat, mamas. Not all hats are created equal. Dad you can wear one also, but just don’t plan to have both of you wear one to your session.
